Our customer support operates from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST

Blank Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Custom decorated orders take about 3 weeks to ship plus transit time after art approval.

The orders may take longer during our busy season. Please plan accordingly. (October-January)

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@warmupathletics..com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

PLEASE NOTE that Warm Up Athletics cannot assume responsibility for carrier shipping delays. Once it leaves Warm Up Athletics, it’s the shipping services responsibility until it's in your hands.
